Most amazing service and quality is fantastic , we used them for our event and the food was amazing quality and they really made it smooth as possible . Highly recommend and great value for money x
Fabulous afternoon tea, coffee tea and fizz great service polite and friendly other food looked great as well, well worth a visit if in town
Superb place for lunch. The loveliest lady served us. Like being served by a Yorkshire Hug.
Ordered hot chocolate without cream or marshmallows, it arrived with both !!! They replaced it with another but still had marshmallows on !! So I had to take them off myself. Also ordered eggs Benedict , but unfortunately, the poached eggs looked like they had been hard boiled eggs, no runny yolk . Disappointed as the place looks really nice. May try again at a later date.
- Lovely coffee - Dog friendly - Nice selection of cakes Visited twice whilst staying near Malton. Quick service, dog friendly. Carrot cake was delightful with quite a heavy spice and scone was lovely on second visit.
I've visited The Patisserie Malton a few times ... it's a small cafe*, independently run, in the center of Malton close to the Market Place. *perhaps room for 20? The place is run day-to-day by a couple of ladies on behalf of the owner-chef. He seems lovely when I have messaged him, really keen for things to be ship-shape and focused on providing an excellent experience for customers. It's not so great when he's not there ... it sometimes feels like cafe guests are treated like they get in the way of the shop. The menu is interesting (and very pretty!), the food is consistently lovely and the place is great for a quick coffee stop or a light bite/lunch - if you can get a table. The offer takeaway options and outside catering. I saw some trays of amazing cakes carried past as we were in there for coffee and they look delicious ...
